Our setups are powered by silent generators, meaning we can keep the wood-fired grills roaring and the prep moving without a hum of machinery ruining the audio. We’re there to support the production, not disrupt it.
Adapting to the ‘Moving’ Target
Filming schedules are famously fluid. “Lunch” at 1:00 PM can quickly become “Lunch” at 3:30 PM if a shot overruns. We don’t do “pre-packaged” meals that go soggy in a box. Because we cook over live fire on-site, we can adjust our service window in real-time.
