We can serve the vibrant, fire-blistered flatbreads that the students love, while simultaneously using our precision ovens to put out restaurant-standard roasted meats or sophisticated seasonal salads for the alumni and families. It’s “street food” with a graduation-level upgrade.

There is nothing worse than a graduation speech being drowned out by the “chug-chug-chug” of a catering generator in the background. Because our newest units run on silent power, we can set up right on the edge of the university quad without the noise. We keep the coffee hot and the prep moving in total silence, so the focus stays on the students, not our engine.

When a ceremony finishes, the campus goes from quiet to “full capacity” in about five minutes. That’s where our high-velocity setup comes in. We’ve designed our workflow to handle massive bursts of footfall. We don’t do “slow-cooked” in the sense of “slow service” – our kit is built to get restaurant-quality food into hands in seconds, keeping the queues moving so families can get back to their celebrations.

Universities are proud of their grounds, especially during graduation. We operate as a completely self-contained unit. We bring our own fresh water, we leave the site exactly as we found it, and we take every scrap of our waste with us. It’s a “plug-and-play” solution that lets the events team focus on the degree ceremonies while we handle the hospitality.
